Tropical Storm Bertha has formed in the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of Africa. At 5 p.m. EDT Thursday, Bertha was centered about 105 miles southwest of the southernmost Cape Verde Islands. Forecasters say the storm is causing squally weather across those islands.

Coach Stoops announced today that cornerback Jamell Fleming is not enrolled at OU in the spring semester due to a personal matter.
