We can now communicate and manage an AUP for Web surfing and take the appropriate action if Web abuse by a member of staff occurs. Thanks to the simple interface, I have delegated the reporting task to a non-technical member of staff. We check staff Internet access daily, identifying any Web access abuse and use the reports in discussions with any staff who we feel are carrying out personal surfing during work hours. If required we can quickly access lots of different types of reports and drill down to look at specific situations, users or Web sites, comments Andrew. Andrew concludes, Overall, the Bloxx Web Filter is a million times better than our previous solution. I am positive that Web abuse has been eradicated at the company.
