**Times staff** Friday, January 11, 2013 Former Tampa Bay Buccaneers star Warren Sapp is among 15 finalists for the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Sapp was among four players who made the finalist list in their first year of eligibility, joining Larry Allen, Jonathan Ogden, and Michael Strahan. Former Buc John Lynch, also in his first year of eligibility, did not make the finalist list. The Hall's Selection Committee meets in New Orleans on Feb. 2 to select the inductees. Eight other modern-era players, a coach and two contributors also are among the finalists. The 15 modern-era finalists, along with the two senior nominees announced in August 2012 (former Kansas City Chiefs and Houston Oilers defensive tackle Curley Culp and former Green Bay Packers and Washington Redskins linebacker Dave Robinson) will be the only candidates considered for Hall of Fame election when the 46-member Selection Committee meets. To be elected, a finalist must receive at least 80 percent of the vote.
