Nintendo's next system, the hotly anticipated 3DS, is a mere three months away! In traditional Nintendo style, they've said pretty much jack-squat about what we can expect to see by way of launch titles or a release schedule in general. That's OK, though. Between the games we saw back at E3 and the various third-party announcements that followed, we're confident that the 3DS will launch strong and feature plenty of great games right away.

After a rather aggressive pilot season that has spared no expense in terms of big names (Stephen Spielberg, David E. Kelly, Chelsea Handler, Debra Messing, Peter Berg, Michael Patrick King, Jack Black, etc.), NBC has more or less finished ordering pilots for 2011-12. All in all, there are 24 pilots in total (11 dramas, 13 comedies) and a lot of 'em don't sound half bad.

Three years after pleading guilty to violating conflict of interest laws, the former U.S. Department of Justice lawyer involved in the Jack Abramoff corruption scandal has been disbarred, "Legal Times" reports. Robert E. Coughlin II was the former Deputy Chief of Staff of the Criminal Division at the DOJ, the division which oversaw the probe into the Abramoff lobbying bribery case.
