In future wars America's nearly radar-invisible Boeing F-22 Raptor was supposed to allow U.S. pilots to shoot down an enemy jet from 50 miles away, before the opposing pilot could see even a speck on his screen. But that dream of the easy score was dashed this month, after China introduced its own stealth fighter jet, the J-20.

The Republican National Committee is out with a new web video this morning to continue its attempts to tie President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden to the MF Global mess. The video is a mash-up of Obama and Biden praising Corzine, including a clip of Biden saying when he and the president "were beginning to plan how we would try to get this economy out of a ditch — literally, the first guy I called was Jon Corzine." Biden continues: "he is the smartest guy I know on the economy and on finance — and I really mean this." The video closes with a title screen showing "Obama-Corzine were wrong. No wonder the stimulus didn't work." The spot is timed to coincide with Corzine's testimony before Congress today on his role in the collapse of MF Global. Watch the video:
